Edinburg is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Edinburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Tony’s kitchen set the standard for Italian food in the RGV! I normally do not get excited by soup, but his fire roasted pepper Gouda soup was phenomenal. I had the spicy basil pasta, and it was also truly phenomenal. I can’t wait to try the entire menu. As a bonus, I took a cinnamon roll home and that just was a complete tasteful surprise to eat it had raisins, walnuts and cranberries. The pictures that I’ve included, do it no justice. The service was awesome. Oscar, our waiter, he remember a four party order without writing it down - and he was very attentive to our dining needs. The Chef, Mike, was a true gentleman and an awesome chef. He shared his experience of how he retired from the Navy and pursuit his dreams of becoming a chef, and it shows on how great his food tasted! He is a Navy veteran, a chef and a business owner. BL: Tony’s Kitchen is a must eat location!

First time coming here with my mom, & received more than what we expected, we’ll be coming back for sure. Everything was so delicious, fresh, & very authentic, their customer service was phenomenal as well! We also got to try their carrot cake & cinnamon roll, both so yummy, tasted homemade & not too sweet. Prices were very fair, will definitely be recommending this delicious spot to everyone!

Food was delicious! Homemade sauces and desserts, yummy bruschetta! We tried the grilled chicken alfredo and battered pan fried chicken parmessan ... and it is delicious. I totally recommend it! So delicious I failed to take "before" pictures...ha

After our soccer game, my daughter was craving Italian, so we headed to Tony’s Kitchen—and wow, it did not disappoint! It’s a cozy little spot (not huge, but charming), and luckily they had a table for six ready when we walked in. We kicked things off with the fried mozzarella—crispy, gooey perfection. Then came the mains: my pasta with meatballs was straight-up 5-star delicious, rich and flavorful. The Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan at the table were equally outstanding—creamy, perfectly seasoned, and made with obvious care. What really stood out? All their salad dressings are homemade, adding that fresh, thoughtful touch to every bite. Everything we tried felt authentic and from-scratch, in the best way. Such a warm, welcoming hidden gem—definitely a cozy niche favorite now. We’re already planning our return! They don’t offer DoorDash, but pickup is 100% worth the trip. If you’re in the area, swing by—you won’t regret it! 🍝⭐

Tony’s Kitchen truly hit a GRAND SLAM when it comes to desserts!! I placed a very last-minute order for two cakes to celebrate both my son’s birthday and mine, and they absolutely delivered. The raspberry cheesecake I chose was velvety smooth, perfectly sweet, and incredibly delicious — every bite was pure indulgence. My son’s German chocolate cake had a rich, brownie-like flavor that was decadent without being overwhelming, and the coconut topping was simply exquisite. From flavor to quality, Tony’s Kitchen made our celebration extra special. If you’re looking for desserts that impress and satisfy, this is the place. 🎂✨
